By accessing or using the Optical Wholesale B2B Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal. Access is limited to approved wholesale customers of Optical Wholesale.
The Portal is provided solely for placing wholesale product orders with Optical Wholesale. You may not use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Portal or interfere with other users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Submitting an order through the Portal creates an invoice in our QuickBooks Online account. Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders at our discretion.
The Portal connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online to create and manage invoices on your behalf. Use of this integration is subject to Intuit's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
All content, trademarks, and data on the Portal are the property of Optical Wholesale or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optical Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
